《地理信息系统》是计算机科学与技术专业的专业选修课,它是为满足地学领域对计算机应用人才的需要而设置的,是一门实用性很强的课程

通过本课程的学习,员工将做到:

1.掌握地理信息系统的基本概念、功能、特点及组成。

2.掌握地理信息系统空间特征的空间数据、数据类型、数据结构、数据变换、数据管理。

3.掌握地理信息系统最主要的空间分析及查询功能。

4. 了解地理信息系统的产品输出、地理信息系统的开发与建设并掌握MapGIS相关软件的结构。

5.注重培养员工的思维能力和动手实践能力,采用理论与实践相结合,培养和提高员工分析问题和解决问题的能力,使员工完成本门课程的学习任务之后,增强对实践的理解,建立计算机应用技术的实践能力。

课程内容涉及空间数据处理、地理信息系统数据结构、地理信息系统空间数据库、地理信息系统数据的空间分布的原理与方法、地理信息系统应用模型、地理信息系统的设计与评价、地理信息系统的输出设计。

通过本课程的学习,使员工掌握处理海量空间数据的能力和GIS平台下的相关功能的计算机二次开发能力。为资源管理、区域规划、国土监测及政府辅助决策等领域提供计算机专业支持。

 

The Introduction of Course ---Geographical Information System (GIS)

GIS is a major optional course in the college of computer science and technology. this course is provided for the need of the computer application talents in geoscience system field, which is a practical courses.

Through this course, students will learn:

1 . Master essential conception, function, characteristic and composition of GIS.

2. Master spatial data, data type, data structure, data transformation, data management of spatial features in GIS.

3 . Master mainly function in spatial analysis and query of GIS.

4 . Understanding product output, development and construction of GIS, master the structure of software related in MapGIS.

5 . Pay attention to train and practical abilities, training and improve students' ability in analyzing and solving problems by combining theory with practice, so that after the students finishing this course, enhance the understanding of practice and set up computer application technology of practical ability.

The contents of the course include spatial data processing, the data structure and spatial database of GIS , the principle and method of GIS spatial data distribution, GIS application models,GIS design and evaluation and the output design of GIS.

Study of this course makes the students master the capacity of the mass spatial data management and the secondary development of the related function in the GIS platform, and then it can provide the computer technology support for resource management, regional planning, land monitoring and government aided decision.
